Cancellation Policy for Doctor Consultation and Medicine Orders

At Sambhav Ayurveda, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling of doctor consultations and medicine orders. To ensure a transparent and fair process for our users, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period for Doctor Consultations:
   • Users may cancel or reschedule a doctor consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges.
   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to Doctor Consultation fee.
   • Upon completion of a consultation, the charge for the consultation will be captured. A consultation is considered complete once a patient has received medical advice by one of our Ayurvedic physician. Consultation charges should consider for a single consultation, it means patient has to ask all medical queries in a single phone call. After disconnecting the call, patient has to pay again for all next consultaions. In case of complete treatment (along with Ayurvedic medicine) received by patient, he/she is eligible to talk again with his/her concern doctor for no charges, during medication period.
     
     Sambhav Ayurveda does not guarantee that a particular medication requested by a patient will be prescribed by the treating doctor. An Ayurvedic doctor may determine that a requested medication is medically necessary or not.
     
     Refunds for completed consultations will not be provided solely on the basis of Providers not prescribing a medication.
2. Return Policy for Medicine:
   • Once a product has been delivered, it is considered non-returnable.
   • This policy is in place for health and safety reasons, particularly concerning medications and healthcare products.
3. Cancellation Period for Medicine Orders:
   • Users may cancel a medicine order before it has been delivered without incurring any charges.
   • Once an order has been delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process:
   • Refunds for cancelled doctor consultations or medicine orders will be processed within 7-10 working days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
5. Emergency Exceptions:
   • In case of emergencies or unexpected situations, we understand that users may need to cancel or reschedule at short notice. Please contact our customer support team at care@sambhavayurveda.com or +91-7428139661 for assistance in such cases.
6. No-Show Policy:
   • If a user fails to attend a scheduled doctor consultation without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full consultation fee will be charged.
7. Policy Changes:
   • Sambhav Ayurveda reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
